About the Recipe
It's a type of thin and flexible, ketogenic pancake that can be filled with anything. A stamp will suit your breakfast, or any meal.
Ingredients
2 eggs 🥚🥚
A quarter cup of vanilla-flavored keto friendly protein powder 🍦@drinkorgain
A quarter of a glass of water 💧
Preparation
Step1
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 2
Heat a pan and pour the mixture to create 4 golden pancakes.
Step 3
Serve hot with a fatty spread like coconut butter 🥥 or hazelnut and chocolate spread 🌰🍫 or with cold ketogenic ice cream 🍨.
*Note: you can always bake in the oven (in a pan lined with baking paper) instead of preparing in a pan, then you don't risk sticking to the pan or tearing the pancakes
