The Metabolic Approach To Cancer
"In the Middle of Difficulty Lies Opportunity” - Albert Einstein
Hearing the words "You have cancer" can feel like the sky is falling, bringing fear and desperation. If you've experienced these feelings, you know how overwhelming they can be. However, it is not your destiny to remain in this state of despair.
Our bodies possess remarkable healing powers. When harnessed correctly, these powers can lead to significant healing and recovery. There is always a hope!
Cancer doesn't appear out of nowhere. It is a signal from your body that something in your life is out of balance—whether it's unresolved emotional anguish, dietary issues, environmental pollutants, or lifestyle habits. Your body is crying out for change.
At the core of the Metabolic Approach to Cancer is the belief in treating the whole person, not just the disease. By investigating and addressing the root causes, we aim to create a personalized treatment plan.

Cancer from the perspective of the metabolic approach
The metabolic approach is based on studies that show cancer is caused by weaknesses and disruptions in the mitochondria of the cell (mitochondria = the organelles responsible for energy production within the cell, located in the cytoplasm).
The metabolic approach therefore focuses on healing the cell itself—“starving” the cancerous cells on one hand, while nourishing and energizing the healthy cells on the other.
This perspective is revolutionary compared to the conventional approach, which views the cell nucleus as the source of the problem. The conventional "war" on cancer aims to halt the disruption in cell division, for which the nucleus is primarily responsible.

How Does it Work?
The metabolic treatment is a holistic treatment. Nutrition is a central component in it - through proper and personalized nutrition, sometimes with the addition of drugs and nutritional supplements, it is possible to dry up the cancer cells (which feed mainly on sugar and carbohydrates), and on the other hand to decipher the emotional component of the personal story, the emotional burden that caused the disease to form, and treat it from the root.
The metabolic approach requires taking responsibility for health and life and total dedication. It can be difficult to change lifestyle habits from the root, but it pays off!
Cancer appeared to signal to us that we have deviated from the track and a change is required in our life. After doing it, life looks completely different!
It is important to note that the metabolic approach does not contradict the conventional treatment! Many patients combine the two approaches. Metabolic therapy can support and increase the effectiveness of conventional therapy dramatically.

Inspirational stories
My podcast "Inspire to be Higher" is full of inspiring stories of cancer patients who took responsibility for their health, and managed to recover from cancer through the metabolic approach and deep emotional therapy.
Here are some examples:

Elias McQuaid
Elias McQuaid came to me with advanced and metastatic prostate cancer. The doctors gave him a few months with the treatment he was offered. After five months, the tumors have almost disappeared, and an update six months after the interview: in the last review, the cancer is completely gone!

Dr. Nasha Winters
Dr. Nasha Winters, founder of the Metabolic Approach School (MTIH), cured herself of cancer 33 years ago after receiving a terminal prognosis. Since then, she has accompanied thousands of people around the world on the path to healing with the help of the metabolic approach she developed

Allison Janet
Allison Janet, was diagnosed with aggressive head cancer 11 years ago, with an average prognosis of only a few months. She underwent surgery but chose to forgo chemotherapy and radiation, and instead adopted the metabolic approach to healing. She recovered, and today helps others in healing processes.
