About the Recipe
A perfect solution for breakfast meal at school. My kids love these muffins.
Ingredients
4 eggs 🥚
Half a teaspoon of monk fruit sugar 🌿
250 ml (or a small box) coconut cream 🥥
Half a teaspoon of natural vanilla extract 🌾
Half a teaspoon of baking powder without aluminum 🍞
Half a package (100 grams) of organic butter
A handful of macadamias 🌰 (you can use almond flour or any nut)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a blender 🌪️
Step 2
Pour into a greased cupcake pan
Add to each cupcake a ketogenic chocolate-chip, frozen blueberries, or another addition of your choice 🍫🍓
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
