A great and easy and of course healthy solution for lunch (or dinner)
Ingredients
3 zucchinis
1 onion
1 garlic
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 🥄
3 tablespoons of almond flour 🌰
3 tablespoons of ground dried shiitake mushrooms (optional) 🍄
Salt and pepper 🧂
Preparation
Grated 3 zucchinis, an onion, and garlic, then squeezed out the liquid 🥒🧅🧄
Added 2 whipped egg whites and an egg (or just 3 eggs) 🥚🥚🥚
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 🥄
3 tablespoons of almond flour 🌰
3 tablespoons of ground dried shiitake mushrooms (optional) 🍄
Salt and pepper 🧂
Bake at 170°C (340°F) in the oven for 25 minutes 🔥🍽️
