About the Recipe

A very tasty and festive dish.
When you want to make an impression on your guests - this is the perfect dish

Ingredients

  • Leek 🌿

  • Mushrooms 🍄

  • Cauliflower 🥦

  • 4 stalks of celery 🌱

  • Hot pepper 🌶️

  • A teaspoon and a half of salt   

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • A tablespoon of bigtreefarmsbali aminose coco sauce 🥥

  • grated turmeric root and grated ginger (optional)

  • Chinese cabbage   

  • Half a kilo of ground meat

  • Coco Aminose Sauce


Preparation

Step 1

I chopped leek 🌿, mushrooms 🍄, cauliflower 🥦, 4 stalks of celery 🌱, hot pepper 🌶️, a teaspoon and a half of salt   , a pinch of black pepper, a tablespoon of bigtreefarmsbali coco amino sauce 🥥, and optional: grated turmeric root and grated ginger.


Step 2

The secret of success: Chinese cabbage    (but if you can't find it, you can also use regular cabbage).

Soak the leaves in boiling water 🔥, cool.


Step 3

Cook the vegetables in a pot with oil, and the minced meat @hai.bari in a separate pot 🍳.

 Mix and refrigerate.


Step 4

Place a spoonful of the mixture on a leaf and wrap and roll.


Step 5

Sear the stuffed in a pan with olive oil, serve with coco aminose sauce for dipping 🥢
