Ingredients
For the red sauce:
Half a kilo of ground organic chicken (or turkey or "live healthy" beef)
4 chopped tomatoes
4 crushed garlic cloves
Teaspoon of salt
A quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper
A teaspoon of oregano

A quarter cup of olive oil.
For the pasta:
A large zucchini is sliced with a peeler and cooked in the liquid that was cooked before the chicken.
For the white sauce:
A pack of macadamia nuts
Half a boiled kohlrabi
A piece of boiled cauliflower
Half a teaspoon of salt
Juice of a quarter of a lemon
Everything is ground in a food processor.
