Keto candy from hazelnuts

About the Recipe

Beutiful and tasty huzelnyut perlins. I always keep them in the fidge, so if I have a surprise visit - I have something to serve

Ingredients

  • 🍫 A package of dark chocolate without sugar

  • 🥄 half a cup of chocolate butter

  • 🌿 half a cup of stevia/erythritol (I use a tablespoon. Depends on your sweet habit)

  • 🥥 half a cup of coconut oil

  • 🌰 a cup of hazelnuts


Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolate and chocolate butter in a double boiler, and sweeten with half of the sweetener.


Step 2

Grind the nuts with the coconut oil and half of the sweetener.


Step 3

Pour the layer of hazelnut pulp into silicone molds, cool in the freezer.


Step 4

Dipped in chocolate.


Step 5

Serve straight from the freezer!
