About the Recipe

No dairy products
without coconut

🍧 And you can also make popsicles this way.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of liquid neutral flavored ketogenic fat

  • 6 egg yolks 🥚

  • A pinch of pink Himalayan salt or   @redmondrealsalt

  • 1 cup of filtered water💧

  • 3 tablespoons Monk Fruit, or natural stevia sweetener.

  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract (or seeds from one vanilla pod)🍦

  • Flavor options 🌈

  • Chocolate: a cup of raw cocoa powder

  • Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup 100% chopped dark chocolate or ketogenic chocolate chips🍫.

  • White chocolate: 1/2 cup of edible cocoa butter or white chocolate chips without the sweetener.


Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and grind until smooth.


Step 2

Possibility of using an ice cream machine: pour the mixture into a stainless steel ice cream machine and work until the right texture is obtained.


Step 3

Possibility of making ice cream in the freezer: pour into a large glass or stainless steel storage container with a lid and place in the freezer. Stir occasionally and continue freezing until soft ice cream forms (at least 4 hours).


Step 4

Option to make popsicles: pour into a silicone popsicle mold or ice trays.


Step 5

Freeze until it hardens.


Tips 📝

If the ice cream freezes too much, you will need to soften the ice cream in the refrigerator before serving.
