About the Recipe
A perferct Birthday cake. The result is a cream cake with strawberries that is ketogenic, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free 🍰.
You won't believe how delicious it is.
Ingredients
bottom:
A cup of soaked pecans
4 teaspoons Sweetango or Monk Fruit
1/2 cup coconut cream 🥥
Filling:
11/2 cup macadamia nuts (I also used Pili Nuts) @pilihunters@ 🥜
A glass of coconut cream 🥥
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries 🍓
1/4 cup chips/crumbs/coconut flour
6 teaspoons Sweetango or Monk Fruit
Strawberries for decoration 🍓
Preparation
Step 1
Process the bottom materials and flatten them in the mold.
Step2
Mix the filling materials and place on top of the bottom.
Step 3
Decorate with fresh and frozen strawberries.
