Asado with Surprises

About the Recipe

My 14 year old son said he's ready to eat it every day from now until he's 30 😊

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of rib 🍖 that were salted, peppered, and left aside for half an hour.

  • Chopped onion

  • 3 coarsely chopped carrots 🥕

  • 5 stalks of coarsely chopped celery

  • 7 garlic cloves slightly crushed and roughly chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil 🥑

  • A quarter of a glass of organic red wine 🍷

  • 3 cups of bone broth or broth 🍲


Preparation

Step 1

Heat the avocado oil in a pot and sear the ribs.

Step 2

Take it out and put it aside, and put the onion, celery, and carrot in the same pot.

When golden, add the garlic cloves .

Step 3

After a minute, add a spoonful of sugar-free concentrated tomato sauce (or a spoonful) and a spoonful of the secret ingredient that gives a lot of flavor - dried mushrooms crushed in a spice grinder🍄.

Mix everything together.

Step 4

Add the wine and bone stock, and put the ribs back in.

Cover the pot and put it in the oven for at least two hours, maybe 14 hours, at a temperature of 200 degrees.
