Ingredients

7 garlic cloves slightly crushed and roughly chopped
2 tablespoons of avocado oil 🥑
A quarter of a glass of organic red wine 🍷
3 cups of bone broth or broth 🍲
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the avocado oil in a pot and sear the ribs.
Step 2
