Low Carb Almond Cookies for Passover
Ingredients
4 egg whites - whip to a foam 🍳
¾ of a low carb sweetner package / 6 tablespoons
One 300 gram package or 3 cups of almond flour 🥄🌰
1 teaspoon of almond extract or vanilla
100% chocolate with low carb sweetner
Optional:
One cup of sliced almonds
Preparation
Whip the egg whites and then add the Sweetner and mix.
Add the almond flour and mix well.
Form the mixture into balls and flatten them on a baking sheet with sliced almonds to stick.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes.
For a twist: After the cookies have cooled slightly, drizzle with 100% melted dark chocolate mixed with a low-carb sweetener (like allulose) or use @NuNaturals Cocoa Mint Syrup for the perfect flavor! 🍪🍫
